Job Title: IT Program Manager
Job Location: San Francisco CA. (Hybrid)
Duration: 36 Months
Candidates must be able to work in the San Francisco office on Wednesdays.
Required Skills:
- Technical product and project management and documentation skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across data visualization governance strategy and research functions.
- Strong ability to analyze system documentation and workflows identify opportunities for optimization and recommend scalable solutions.
- Experience managing complex technical projects across multiple stakeholder groups including issue resolution prioritization and resource allocation.
- Experience creating policy governance frameworks and standards documentation.
- Experience owning and evolving a data product including roadmap facilitation user group engagement and alignment with executive sponsors.
- Excellent oral written analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead technical and strategic discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to support data governance activities including metadata management validation protocols and governance policy development.
- Familiarity with data automation data pipelines and analytic reporting environments.
- Understanding of data dashboard design and compliance practices across internal and public- facing tools.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with documentation and change management for scaled implementation of dashboarding tools and standards.
- Familiarity with courtroom operations trial court data structures and judicial branch workflows.
- Understanding of government (State) organizational dynamics reporting burden and funding structures.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills across audiences including executive judicial and technical leadership.
- User research and stakeholder engagement for dashboard and analytics product design.
- Familiarity with strategic communications in public and policy-facing contexts.
- Expertise in environmental law public policy or issues relevant to environmental data reporting.
