Job Purpose: To lead and drive the performance of a cluster (circle) of branches in the Agency Channel by managing a team of Branch Managers. The Circle Head is responsible for achieving sales targets managing operations developing agency partners (agents and advisors) ensuring compliance and driving profitability and quality of business.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development -
Drive life insurance policy sales through agency distribution.

Achieve assigned Circle sales targets (AP Annualized Premium No. of policies recruitment activation).

Strategize territory-level sales plans based on market potential and performance gaps.

Monitor performance of branches and managers on a regular basis.
2. Team Leadership & Management -
Lead and motivate a team of Branch Managers (BM) or Business Development Managers (BDM).

Review team performance provide coaching and implement improvement plans.

Recruitment and onboarding of team members as required.
3. Agency Growth & Development -
Guide Branch Managers to recruit quality Life Advisors/Agents.

Ensure effective training engagement and retention of agents.

Support branches in driving advisor activation and productivity.
4. Operations & Compliance -
Ensure adherence to company policies regulatory guidelines and audit requirements.

Ensure operational efficiency across branches under the Circle.

Monitor persistency complaint resolution and claim settlement KPIs.
