Job Description

Shift requirements: 9am-3pm EST M-F (Can be flexible) Hybrid (2 days onsite and three days remote). Curiosity Follow-through (do what you say youre going to do) Critical thinking Experience in Revenue Cycle in healthcare. Worker Location Type: Hybrid. Must have experience and competency using Visio and MS Word. Ideally candidate will be familiarity with Revenue Cycle processes in a healthcare provider environment. I will be out of office through October 3 so the soonest I could review and reply on candidates is October 6.

Job Description: Key responsibilities involve creating process flow diagrams standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manuals as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions. Prepares documentation of current and desired state. Work with various teams to gather requirements understand needs and ensure process improvements are aligned with business goals. Role demands ability to assess process performance identify and articulate gaps strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with swimlane process flows and SOP creation and editing. Experience with Scribe is a plus.

Education/Certification: Looking for experience over education. (3 years)

Skills required: Process flow documentation in Visio SOP creation and maintenance in Scribe or Microsoft Word ability to work independently with guidance/objectives
