The role

Are you a visionary digital leader with a passion for leading multidisciplined teams driving innovation and operational excellence If so this role is for you!

As the Manager Digital Initiatives & Applications Support you will lead the delivery and lifecycle management of digital solutions and application services that drive Crown Lands strategic objectives. This role oversees the implementation of the Digital Strategy ensuring systems and software support align with business needs and contribute to modern efficient service delivery across the organisation.

What youll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance of the Digital Solutions and Application Support Teams ensuring delivery of modern efficient and scalable digital tools.
  • Analyse existing processes identify inefficiencies and lead cross-functional teams to implement transformative solutions aligned with the Crown Lands digital strategy.
  • Champion the adoption of mobile technologies and e-services to deliver intuitive user-centric digital experiences.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of business applicationsfrom installation to monitoringwhile upholding robust governance security and compliance standards in collaboration with the DPHI Digital Information Office.
  • Troubleshoot application issues maintain operational documentation and provide clear reporting on progress risks and resolutions.
  • Develop frameworks and technical standards that empower digital teams to deliver consistent high-quality outcomes.
  • Serve as the key liaison between Crown Lands and the DPHI Digital Information Office ensuring alignment with departmental policies architecture and strategic ICT initiatives.
