- Assists with administering the HCM Training and Development for the campus.
- Assists with conducting efficient Human Capital record-keeping and database management.
- Management of employee probation.
- Assist in managing the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administration of leave and all HCM ESS related enquiries.
- Maintain Human Capital policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee remuneration and benefits administration.
- Providing general administrative support to the HCM department.
- Assist with organizing of Employee Wellness Activities.
- A National Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- A high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license (Code 08/EB) will be an added advantage.
