Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk and receptionist duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Explain construction projects to prospective clients
- Update and manage leads in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits or inquiries
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist role is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
