In the Netherlands Amplifon operates as Beter Horen with around 200 points of sale and 700 dedicated professionals that empower people to discover all the emotions of sound. Amplifon Netherlands is based in a modern sustainable and inspiring office in Utrecht.

The role

The Junior Digital Marketeer will support the Digital Marketing Manager in attracting more new customers for Amplifon / Beter Horen through various digital channels with performance-driven this role you will focus on the following responsibilities:

  • Execution and optimization of digital campaigns to attract new customers by driving both paid and organic website traffic while continuously optimizing conversion performance on the website.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) providing actionable insights through tools such as Adobe Analyticsand leverage data-driven decision making tocontinuously optimizeperformance.
  • Improve customer journeys website performance and conversions through CRO strategies feature enhancements and optimized content.
  • Coordinate and execute online campaign assets in collaboration with internal and external agencies
  • Other ongoing activities include: Develop content for internal stakeholder communications reporting etc.

  • You use data to evaluate results and make decisions and you know how to translate insights into concrete actions
  • You like to pick up new knowledge and skills and you actively look for opportunities to improve and take initiative
  • You work with accuracy and keep the end goal in mind even when juggling different tasks
  • You focus on customer needs and make sure they are at the heart of your work
  • You enjoy working together with colleagues but you can also take ownership and move projects forward independently
  • You come up with creative ideas are open to innovative approaches and you collaborate well with colleagues across different teams and countries.

Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in (online) marketing communication or a related field plus 23 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and knowledge of (paid) digital marketing channels. Experience with a Content Management System is a plus
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
