Lead full lifecycle management of banking information products:
Design tailored solutions (e.g. enterprise credit reporting tools risk rating models KYC compliance suites cross-border business information systems) using Dun & Bradstreets global data resources and analytical capabilities;
Ensure product features integrate seamlessly with banks internal processes (e.g. credit policies risk rules compliance frameworks) to support end-to-end information needs from customer onboarding to ongoing operations.
Drive compliant product delivery and cross-functional collaboration
Lead cross-departmental teams (R&D data compliance marketing) to define product roadmaps manage timelines and ensure quality;
Guarantee products adhere to regulations set by Hong Kongs HKMA SFC and other authorities with a focus on meeting compliance and traceability requirements in scenarios like KYC and anti-money laundering.
Continuously enhance product competitiveness
Monitor trends in Hong Kongs banking sector (e.g. virtual bank innovation green finance development) and regulatory updates (e.g. revised KYC rules cross-border data compliance);
Analyze competitors offerings across key scenarios and iterate product features based on client feedback to improve efficiency and satisfaction in credit cross-border and KYC use cases.
Build bridges with banking clients:
Engage with Hong Kong banks departments (e.g. corporate banking risk management compliance) for需求调研 product demonstrations and training;
Translate business logic and compliance requirements gather client feedback and drive deeper integration of products with banks daily operations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or above preferably in finance economics banking management information technology or legal studies (compliance focus).
5 years of work experience including at least 3 years in Hong Kong banking operations with familiarity in end-to-end corporate banking processes (covering credit cross-border services KYC compliance etc.);
2 years of product development experience in fintech or information services with a track record in designing enterprise credit business analytics or KYC tools preferred.
In-depth understanding of Hong Kongs financial market operations and regulatory frameworks (HKMA SFC) governing banking credit cross-border services KYC and anti-money laundering;
Familiarity with international standards (e.g. FATF) and awareness of digital transformation trends in Hong Kongs banking sector.
Fluent in English (working language) and Cantonese (essential for client communication); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
Proficient with product design tools (Axure Figma etc.) and data analysis skills to identify pain points in banks information usage;
Strong documentation abilities to independently produce PRDs compliance requirement specifications and product roadmaps.
Ability to bridge banking business thinking and product execution thinking translating complex scenarios (including KYC compliance) into actionable product solutions;
