The engineer would be required to respond to troubleshoot and provide IT support on tickets chats and phone calls.
This will include requests such as:
Operating System and Software Troubleshooting
Installation removal of Software
Account login; access requests and issues
Remote hardware troubleshooting of equipment such as keyboard mouse headset monitors PC
Mobile equipment support of laptops smartphones MIFI devices
Networking and connectivity issues
Follow the sun support coverage in a global Service Desk team
Remote support through the usage of various tools such as Radmin; Active Directory SCCM
Server connectivity storage troubleshooting
Provide IT customer support for all Bloomberg employees vendors and workers working inside and outside the office
Please note the candidate will be required to have customer service experience and few years of IT work experience background.
