Supply Chain Packaging Intern

The Supply Chain Packaging Intern (SCP) will be responsible to support SCP technicians for the development of new initiatives & improve Granollers Site competitiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus :

• Perform technical testing in SCP Lab to contribute to new initiative start-ups and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
• Support origination of tertiary packaging specifications (i.e. run transport tests)
• Support development of suppliers capability/capacity (run test to find root cause in specs deviation)
• Support quality improvement (revisit specification tolerance & modify delivery methods/packing instructions)
• Support continuous improvement (partner with Operations to improve production processes & improvement to impact line efficiency)
• Identify assess and support cost saving opportunities.

• Bachelors degree (ongoing: Engineering or Industrial Design background).
• English (intermediate level)
• 2D & 3D software user knowledge
• Methodical and organized.
• Priority setting and organizational skills.
• Written and spoken communication skills.
• Results focused able to react to dynamic environment to deliver the business needs.
• Collaboration skills win for the team spirit.
