Outsourcing Intern

As an Outsourcing Intern in our Barcelona studio you will have the opportunity to support the coordination and follow-up of external art production for our games. Working closely with our Lead Artists Art Directors and Producers you will help keep projects running smoothly while learning how large-scale game production operates in a professional environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in tracking production progress preparing briefs and maintaining communication with external vendors while receiving continuous guidance and mentorship from the team.

Your daily missions may include:

• Monitoring the status of outsourced tasks and updating tracking documents.

• Reviewing brief materials before they are sent externally to ensure all required information is included.

• Communicating progress updates and flagging challenges proactively to the internal team.

• Liaising with artists and production leads to clarify needs timelines and priorities.

• Supporting day-to-day coordination to keep projects on schedule and avoid miscommunication.

Qualifications :

• Able to sign an internship agreement with your university.

• Good level of English for daily communication.

• Motivated organized and willing to learn in a fast-paced production environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.

• Some familiarity with game production software (e.g. Photoshop Substance 3ds Max Maya) is a plus.

• Interest in video games digital art production project management or similar fields.
