Based on the Melbourne CBD campus however you will be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University and apprentice or trainee locations
About You
The VE Senior Services Officer Apprentice and Employer Engagement will play a key role in creating a positive experience for apprentices trainees and employers. This dynamic position combines hands-on engagement with strong administrative skills ensuring that every enrolment and onboarding process is smooth clear and professional.
In this role youll regularly travel across metropolitan Melbourne with occasional travel to regional Victoria visiting sites 23 times per week to provide on-site enrolment support to
apprentices and trainees and to establish employer relationships. Your ability to balance patience emotional intelligence and professionalism will be essential as you interact with a variety of stakeholders and internal teams.
As part of a collaborative team you will coordinate activities related to student lifecycle services course management process improvement and data management. You will also manage complex enquiries using your expertise in apprenticeship and trainee programs to resolve issues effectively and promptly.

To be successful in this position youll have / youll have as a minimum:
Highly developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills including demonstrated experience developing and delivering complex written reports to a high standard and with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience in providing high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders and experience managing complex queries in a fast-paced large-scale environment.
High level communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative by working independently and with limited direction as well as effectively within a dynamic small team environment.
Significant administrative experience in planning organising and prioritising work in a busy environment with multiple and conflicting priorities and competing deadlines.
Expertise in developing recommending and implementing changes and improvements to administrative procedures and functions.
Ability to use information and communication technologies effectively including Microsoft suite web and email software and database use.
Qualifications and Licence
Relevant qualification and/or relevant customer service and administration experience.
Must hold a current full Victorian driver licence
