About the opportunity

The University of Tasmania seeks a Scholarships & Prizes Administration Officer to support our mission of enhancing Tasmanias future and making a global impact. This role involves managing a multi-million-dollar scholarships program removing financial barriers and rewarding academic excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills experience in administrative support excellent interpersonal abilities a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What youll do:

  • Develop professional collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake a range of administrative functions across the scholarships and prizes lifecycle.
  • Participate as part of a high-performing team to deliver efficient innovative initiatives.
  • Work within identified processes to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Be responsible for maintaining standard operating procedures learning materials task cards and onboarding packages.

  • Experience in administrative support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with information management systems and software.

Salary details

Appointment to this role will be at HEO 4 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $91488 comprising base salary within the range of $ 73814 to $78195 plus 17% superannuation.
