Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)- Travel Position
Location: Beverly MA
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 5x8s Days Flexible
Pay: $3015/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology RN to provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. The RN will administer therapies monitor patient responses and provide education and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including administering chemotherapy immunotherapy and supportive treatments.
Monitor patients for side effects complications and treatment responses.
Collaborate with oncologists pharmacists and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans symptom management and recovery.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Serve as a patient advocate supporting both clinical and emotional needs.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification COVID vaccine TB test
Oncology/infusion/navigation experience required
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Biotherapy Card preferred
