Keith Andrews Trucks NZs largest Fuso dealership and a key supplier of Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles is looking for a Service Manager to lead our Invercargill team.
This is a pivotal role where youll manage a high-performing service department build strong customer relationships and ensure safe efficient and profitable operations.
What youll do:
- Lead and manage the service team to deliver outstanding results and top-tier customer service.
- Ensure efficient workflow correct allocation of staff and resources and high-quality workmanship.
- Build strong relationships with key clients providing technical support and training as needed.
- Monitor and drive performance to meet financial and operational targets.
- Champion health safety and environmental best practices.
- Oversee team development apprenticeships and staff training programmes.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge across Fuso Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz brands.
What were looking for:
- Proven leadership experience in a service or workshop environment (automotive or heavy transport preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- A customer-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
