The opportunity

A chance to join our thriving Rewards team! As a Consultant or Senior Consultant youll work across all aspectes of our diverse Rewards practice - developing solutions and solving problems for our clients across performance rewards and transactions. This is a hybrid position based in Warrang Sydney. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.

Your key responsibilities

- Contributing to the delivery of reward related projects that might be anything from:
  - - - Designing a new long-term incentive for a company that is about to list on the ASX (including tax and legal impacts).
      - Working through remuneration implications for companies that are merging
      - Helping a Board work through a new CEO appointment
      - Supporting a client with a refresh of their job architecture and salary banding approach
- And so much more! We are a fully integrated remuneration taxation legal performance and transactions team so we guarantee a diverse experience.
  - - - Growing our team through coaching and developing team members.
      - Bringing your bright ideas and integrating AI solutions into your day to day work.

Skills and attributes for success

Knowledge of and ability to design remuneration structures including incentive programs across local regional and or international jurisdictions which could include taxation and legal implications.
You may also be experiences in remuneration for organisations that are transacting (e.g. merging or demerging)
An interest in the world around you and corporate ecosystems - making connections across companies countries and experiences to bring the best to our clients.
Ability to manager your own workload and at times wokload of junior team members.
