In this role youll:
Work as part of a team delivering best practice workers compensation case management and sound advice to reduce claims costs and minimise premiums.
This role will see you managing claims across self-insurance self-administered and TMF frameworks while ensuring compliance with NSW legislation SIRA and iCare requirements.
You will navigate complex regulatory environments resolve customer enquiries and contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance claims outcomes and service quality.

About you
Your strong knowledge of workers compensation legislation and case management formed across insurance legal or claims management roles will see you excel in managing diverse claims portfolios maintaining high customer service standards and adapting to evolving best practices.
Youre recognised as a collaborative team player skilled at stakeholder engagement and problem-solving experienced in delivering compliant cost-effective claims solutions within a dynamic regulated environment.
We have two roles available: one until 31 December 2025 and another until 31 January 2026.
