- Renewal collection to resolve policy holders service needs

- Manage team of 15-30 existing advisors
- Ensure month-on-month activation
- Responsible for retention of assigned advisors
- Advisor recruitment will not be required

Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
- Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of Advisors
- Drive Input behaviors with the assigned team of Advisors
- Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently and achieve the sales standards.
- Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by maintaining the Persistency standards.
- Training and Development of the team of advisors for new product launches / revision in the existing policies.
- Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.

- Advisor activation & productivity month on month
- Cross-Sell Conversion
- Meeting Persistency standards
