What Youll Do:
- Welcome customers with professionalism in a luxury environment.
- Schedule service appointments and manage shop workflow.
- Document customer concerns and present repair recommendations clearly.
- Serve as the link between technicians and customers ensuring accuracy and trust.
- Review completed work and invoices with customers at pick-up.
- Follow up to build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve service sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay current on Lincoln products recalls and service updates.
What Were Looking For:
- Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred not requiredstrong customer service skills from any industry welcome.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge (Lincoln experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar systems.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
