Job Summary

Title - Business Integration Lead / Advisor

Duration - Contract to hire

Location - (Adams Ohio or NYC NY) - Day 1 Onsite

Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as the strategic advisor responsible for aligning the merger & acquisition objectives with business strategy operating model design and value realization goals.

Work with C-suite executives to define the overall business integration strategy ensuring technology enablement supports long-term business outcomes and synergy realization.

Provide strategic oversight across key business functions (Finance HR Supply Chain Sales Operations) to ensure harmonization of capabilities process optimization and consistent customer and employee experiences.

Lead the identification and realization of business synergies cost efficiencies and revenue opportunities through process integration system rationalization and operating model transformation.

Develop and maintain the business integration roadmap ensuring synchronization with IT data migration and change management workstream s.

Partner with functional leads to define Day 1 Day 100 and End-State integration deliverables and readiness milestones.

Identify integration risks operational inefficiencies and synergy opportunities recommending mitigation and optimization strategies to leadership.

Advise executive stakeholders on integration governance decision-making frameworks and change management approaches to ensure smooth execution and risk mitigation.

Oversee Day 1 and post-Day 1 readiness from a business enablement perspective ensuring continuity of critical functions while transitioning to the unified model.

Monitor and report progress on synergy realization strategic milestones and integration KPIs to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
