Job Description:
Summary
Responsibilities:
An integral member of the service team by supporting the daily operations for all contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical area
Assists management with process improvement procedural testing and validation and ensuring field compliance with operational best practices.
Support the Field Implementation Managers with the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions.
Assists with onboarding new team members and cross training peers
Assists with the development of Site Procedure Guides and sharing best practices throughout geographical area.
Routinely inspects Site Procedures Guide for accuracy and compliance
Knowledgeable of all contracted services within assigned customer accounts
Performs daily visual inspection of site services and Ricoh and customer compliancy to safety.
Provide feedback on site experience via survey tool or any other forms to help improve the customer experience internal and external.
May require standing in for absences or vacations of the onsite resources that may also include site management.
Provides executes and supports all aspects of services which entails traveling to and from various accounts.
Requirements:
1. Education & Experience Travel Requirements
- High school diploma plus 12 months of related experience (post high school education preferred).
- May require valid violation-free drivers license reliable transportation and required auto insurance.
- Must be able to move between locations in a single day and cover accounts within a 40 50 mile radius; frequent local car travel required.
2. Technical Skills & Administrative Requirements
- Intermediate computer/software skills including Microsoft applications file/folder management and navigation of network production folders.
- Must maintain and submit accurate monthly expenses with correct coding.
- Ability to interpret apply and convey complex written and verbal instructions materials and data.
3. Communication Customer Service & Problem-Solving
- Excellent oral communication skills in positive and negative situations.
- Ability to resolve customer issues troubleshoot problems coordinate resolution and schedule account services.
- Ability to clearly translate customer instructions to site resources.

- Ability to work well in a team and maintain positive relationships.
- Flexible adaptable to changing situations highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

5. Physical & Environmental Demands
- Office/warehouse environment with normal temperature noise lighting and ventilation.
- Exposure to minor cuts and moderate physical activities such as standing walking bending reaching climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull machines on wheels up to 400 lbs. and walk between buildings as needed.
6. Cognitive Skills & Dexterity
- Basic math skills sound judgment and ability to make justifiable decisions.
- Ability to interpret complex material and provide/prepare diversified information.
- Moderate dexterity for calculators keyboards hand tools and tasks requiring eye/hand coordination; close vision required.
