We are looking for an experienced Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword Schick Hawaiian Tropic Carefree Bulldog Skincare for Men Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming just to name a few!).


Now Lets Get Down to Business

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for operating as the lead point of contact for all matters related to customer portfolio. Build and maintain strong & long-lasting customer relationships. Responsible to develop sales and margin of customer portfolio to contribute strongly to France results.

Heres a sample of what youll get up to:

Negotiation

  • In conjunction with a Senior Key account manager ensure appropriate prioritization on sales revenue targets are implemented at the start of each fiscal year to ensure ongoing business objectives are achieved.
  • Negotiate the best deal for each account that will ensure both Net Sales and Gross Margin growth.
  • Analyse sales figures on a weekly basis to ensure any emerging market trends are identified early; and to ensure progress against annual sales targets is closely monitored with corrective action being planned and implemented if necessary.

On-going

  • Ensure a good relationship with customer portfolio
  • Develop a profitable turnover
  • Influence internally to develop the size of the business
  • Ensure the sales revenue and margin targets are achieved in line with the French Commercial and Marketing business plan.
  • Make forecast as accurate as possible for permanent and promo range
  • Manage and follow Nip (New Promotional Instrument) investment.

Customer management

  • Make sure agreed product portfolio and promo plan is activated in customers tools.
  • In conjunction with the Customer Service makes sure that the customer is served appropriately according to its requirements
  • Contributes in resolution of different penalties or litigation.

Are You Ready to Show Us What Youve Got

While your experience is of course important were all about making useful things joyful so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

Heres what we are looking for:

  • Strong Sales with ideally at least one or 2 rounds of negotiation in Mass Market in an FMCG environment
  • Or strong experience in category management for at least 3 years ideally on beauty products
  • University degree or equivalent in commercial related subject.

  • Great sense of priorities and high level of autonomy

  • Demonstrated experience in successful influencing skills with significant personal presence.
