As the F&B Supervisor youll oversee our restaurant bar kitchen and banquet operations ensuring exceptional service food quality and efficient inventory management. Youll supervise staff handle ordering and inventory for food and liquor and step in to cover bartending shifts when needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train restaurant bar kitchen and banquet staff fostering exceptional service and teamwork.
- Bartending: Step in to cover bartending shifts as necessary to maintain seamless operations.
- Ordering & Inventory: Manage food and liquor ordering monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping to support efficient operations and cost control.
- Food Quality: Oversee food preparation presentation and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Banquet Operations: Coordinate and manage banquet events ensuring smooth execution and outstanding guest experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor labor costs ensure procurement compliance and maintain high standards across all F&B areas.
- Guest Engagement: Address guest needs promptly creating memorable dining and event experiences.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2 years of supervisory experience in food beverage and bar operations.
- Hands-on bartending experience is required.
- Experience with banquet operations ordering and inventory management is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: ServSafe TIPS certification (or ability to obtain).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and handle kegs up to 150 pounds with assistance.
