The Role
In-store Visual Merchandisers support the Store Manager and enable their team to create great experiences for our customer and drive business outcomes for their store.
  • Be customer obsessed go above and beyond to deliver what your local customer wants
  • Team up with your Store Manager coach and train on how to deliver the visual directive within the store

  • Deliver on the plan know your best sellers and make it happen

  • Respond to trade quickly provide feedback and implement action plans to drive sales

  • Embed customer excellence whilst growing store results through clear planning and direction
  • Advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation leading the team on how they can make life changing impact on our projects around the world
