QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree in Economics Finance or Accounting
Preferably at least min 10 years experience
Good command of English and French is required both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. Excel SAP) for effective data management and reporting
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Financial Planning & Analysis

Develop and manage financial plans budgets and forecasts to support the organizations strategic goals
Perform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted figures and identify areas for improvement
Oversee cash flow analysis supplier payments and all treasury-related activities

Reporting Compliance & Accounting

Prepare and present financial reports including profit and loss statements balance sheets and cash flow statements
Ensure full compliance with financial regulations tax laws and reporting standards
Manage monthly quarterly and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Collaboration & Communication

Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational objectives
Communicate financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making

Team Leadership

Lead and supervise the finance department providing guidance and support across financial tasks and projects
Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities in financial management.
