QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree engineering degree or five years of higher education in industrial maintenance mechanical engineering or a similar field
- Good command of English
- Six to ten years of proven experience in a similar position with proven team management skills
- Proficiency in preventive corrective and predictive maintenance techniques
- Good knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations in force in Algeria
- Ability to analyze technical data and make strategic decisions quickly
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in computer tools related to computer-aided maintenance management (CMMS)
- Autonomy rigor organizational skills and initiative.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage maintenance improvement of production equipment and its adaptation to organizational or technological changes.
- Ensure that the production unit and more generally the company has properly functioning equipment well-maintained buildings good security and improved performance.
- Manage your team and divide tasks according to need and each persons profile
