The job:

In this role youll be responsible for the inspection diagnosis repair and maintenance of our fleet of trucks and heavy-duty equipment. Youll ensure our vehicles are safe reliable and ready to serve the community each day.

What Youll Do

  • Diagnose repair and maintain diesel CNG gas and electric trucks as well as related heavy-duty equipment

  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings

  • Complete work orders order parts and track repairs in M5 planner

  • Use power tools hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and complete repairs

  • Assist with reviewing mechanical write-ups and scheduling repairs

  • Work both independently and as part of a supportive team of technicians

What You Bring

  • Red Seal Certification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic (required)

  • Minimum 1 year of post-certification experience (asset if more)

  • Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read and follow repair manuals work orders and safety procedures

  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. kneel crawl and work in varied conditions (heat cold dust noise fumes)

  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
