Operations Coordinator

Feltham Full-Time 28000 - 30000 per annum

An established and market-leading logistics specialist known for its high-quality service delivery and long-standing partnerships is seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join its expanding team in Feltham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong customer service background to play a pivotal role in coordinating logistics operations across a number of key client accounts. The successful candidate will be integral to ensuring the smooth delivery and installation of products maintaining client satisfaction through efficient communication and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliveries collections relocations and installations for key clients
  • Manage job bookings and associated documentation via internal systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on company databases
  • Provide quotations and respond to customer queries promptly
  • Take end-to-end ownership of each order ensuring timely execution
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers as required
  • Quickly identify and resolve operational challenges
  • Ensure all job files are 100% accurate before passing to accounts
  • Support mailbox activity and contribute to team targets
  • Assist in producing reports managing inventory and processing purchase orders

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role
  • Ideally from a logistics transport or installations background
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • IT proficient particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Team player with a flexible approach especially during busy periods
  • Comfortable working independently and solving problems under pressure
