Job Summary
Role: Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: Manchester (Office-Based)

Reports to: Sales Operations Lead
About The Client: Our client is a fast-growing fintech startup transforming how financial services onboard and engage customers using secure messaging and AI-driven automation. Theyre scaling quickly and need operational talent who can keep pace with rapid growth and evolving delivery demands.
About the Role:
Youll support the sales team by keeping all deal information accurate ensuring next steps are completed and aligning with marketing on follow-up actions.
This is a critical operations role designed for someone who loves structure and keeping commercial teams moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain all deal information within the CRM.
Track sales pursuits and ensure next actions are completed.
Follow up with colleagues to maintain momentum in the pipeline.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team on required tasks.
Support reporting accuracy and pipeline cleanliness.
Improve sales operations processes as the startup scales.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Highly organised and detail-focused.
Confident at following up with colleagues and holding people accountable.
Enjoys process structure and operational discipline.
Strong communicator with a proactive mindset.
Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
Prefers office-based work and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
Energised by supporting a fast-paced fintech sales function.
