About the Role:
Youll support the sales team by keeping all deal information accurate ensuring next steps are completed and aligning with marketing on follow-up actions.
This is a critical operations role designed for someone who loves structure and keeping commercial teams moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain all deal information within the CRM.
Track sales pursuits and ensure next actions are completed.
Follow up with colleagues to maintain momentum in the pipeline.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and the marketing team on required tasks.
Support reporting accuracy and pipeline cleanliness.
Improve sales operations processes as the startup scales.
