Job Summary
Marketing Production Specialist (Canva Specialist)
Do you love creating clean accurate designs and working in a structured supportive environment Were looking for a Marketing Production Specialist who thrives on detail consistency and quality.
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
What Youll Do
Design and resize marketing assets in Canva (web email print social).
Update seasonal and promotional campaigns across channels.
Build emails in Design Modo Postcards (or similar).
Prep and upload website assets; make light CMS updates.
Coordinate print projects and review proofs for accuracy.
Keep Canva templates and asset libraries organized and up to date.
Follow pre-flight checklists to ensure compliance and brand consistency.
Assist with OEM co-op submissions reporting and light data entry.
Support content creation with in-store teams as needed.
What Were Looking For
Proficiency in Canva (Brand Kits templates resizing variables).
Knowledge of print/web production basics (bleed CMYK optimization).
A methodical detail-oriented mindset you enjoy checklists and doing things right the first time.
Clear consistent communication.
Bonus if you have:
Experience with automotive/OEM brands email design tools light CMS updates simple motion graphics HTML/CSS or Photoshop.
