AAM is hiring a CNC Setup Operator for a second shift opening! A $1000 sign on bonus.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Set Up machines including fixturing tooling trouble shooting etc
- Preventive Maintenance on equipment daily weekly monthly quarterly yearly.
- Ability to understand and perform CMM checks and quality inspections.
- Ensure that the equipment is operating properly and safely throughout the shift.
- Assist with training and developing employees for further company growth.
- In addition to the above responsibilities this position is responsible for other tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Education
High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree in Applied Science in Business Engineering or Manufacturing preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Requires a minimum of 3-year experience in manufacturing operations (5 years experience preferred).
A working knowledge of all manufacturing jobs within Lathe department.
