Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure production machinery and equipment for manufacturing runs.
• Install adjust and calibrate tooling fixtures and materials according to specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues minor machine malfunctions and process deviations.

• Document setup procedures machine parameters and changeover logs accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience in machine setup and operation within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints schematics and technical specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting adjusting and performing minor repairs on production machinery.
• Skilled in the use of precision measurement tools such as calipers micrometers and various gauges.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve setup-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
