Job Summary

This is a full-time permanent position Monday to Friday looking after 2 schools the ideal candidate will be in the Redlands Bay area.

About the Role
As the Site Facilities Manager you will be the go-to expert ensuring school facilities run smoothly safely and cost effectively. You will manage subcontractors oversee maintenance plans and drive compliance all while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead subcontractor management and ensure quality safety and value
- Deliver services aligned with KPIs and contractual obligations
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with WHS and legislative standards
- Manage site safety inductions and routine maintenance plans
- Communicate effectively with school staff clients and contractors
- Be available for on call support as required
What you will bring
- Experience in facilities management maintenance engineering or asset maintenance
- Strong understanding of WHS and FM systems
- Excellent communication negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic multi-stakeholder environment
- A valid Blue Card working with children
