Job Summary
Job Title: Sport Shop- Ski Tech / Sales Associate
Type of Position: Full-time Seasonal
Schedule: Minimum 32 hours per week. Must be available weekends and holidays.
Pay: Starts at $20.50/hr. depending on experience

Summary
Ski Techs in the sport shop are responsible for guiding a customers decision on what ski or snowboards to demo and purchase. Ski techs perform a multitude of tasks including teching skis mounting skis maintaining and waxing skis calibrating and custom boot fitting. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Mounting Skis
- Teching and waxing skis
- Calibrations
- Boot fitting
- Exceptional customer service
- Past ski tech experience is encouraged but not required
- A passion for skiing or snowboarding
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to push/pull/carry up to 50lbs.
