Join our vibrant team as an Ecommerce Merchandising Associate / Executive where youll play a crucial role in shaping the online shopping experience and driving our brands success in ecommerce channel. This dynamic position combines operational excellence strategic merchandising and data-driven decision-making to ensure our products shine and our inventory is optimized. Job Responsibilities:
Merchandise Management:
- Boost Sales with Smart Strategies: Develop and apply dynamic sorting logic to enhance product visibility leveraging the latest trends and business needs to drive sales and maximize conversions.
- Optimize Inventory Flow: Strategically manage inventory replenishment and stock consolidation to streamline operations reduce excess stock and meet the evolving demands of both ecommerce and retail channels.
- Proactively Identify Opportunities: Analyse stock levels to uncover potential risks and growth opportunities swiftly alerting the team with actionable plans to enhance performance and achieve business goals.
- Hands-on Coaching: Build expertise in business analytics and merchandise planning empowering you to excel in your career.
Ecommerce Operation:
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to the online item master including assortment pricing and product details for a seamless shopping experience.
- Track new collection samples to ensure timely availability for marketing and sales.
- Maintain engaging website content for campaigns and events to support promotional goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with at least 2 years experience in merchandise planning ecommerce operations
- Prior knowledge in Power BI / SAP / Salesforce will be an advantage
- Proficient in M365 Suite particularly in excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
