Job Summary

Were looking for a visionary Creative Lead who blends design mastery with leadership and storytelling. In this role youll set the creative direction for INSIDEAs client projects inspire a global design team and partner directly with North American and international clients to deliver world-class digital experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

Creative Direction: Shape and uphold INSIDEAs design philosophy across client projects campaigns and digital products.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a distributed team of designers fostering innovation collaboration and creative excellence.
Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with North American clients translating their goals into creative strategies and impactful design outcomes.
Digital Campaigns & Branding: Develop high-performing campaign creatives brand identities and visual storytelling that drive measurable results.
UI/UX & Product Design: Lead user-centered design initiatives creating intuitive and engaging digital products backed by research and testing.
Innovation & Trends: Continuously explore new design trends tools and technologies to keep INSIDEAs work ahead of the curve.

Qualifications :

68 years in creative leadership roles within digital marketing or agency settings.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding digital campaigns UI/UX and product design for global brands (North American markets preferred).
Expertise in design and motion tools: Adobe Creative Suite Figma Canva After Effects/Premiere Pro (or equivalents).
Proven success in managing and scaling creative teams.
Ability to merge storytelling design thinking and business impact in creative solutions.
