Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to design develop and unit test applications in line with established standards. The role involves resolving technical and application issues collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering secure high-quality solutions on time and within budget. You will also contribute to process improvements mentor team members and ensure client-focused delivery of business projects.Responsibilities:
Design develop and unit test applications using C# and web technologies.
Ensure all solutions meet established security quality and compliance standards.
Prepare and maintain developer documentation.
Deliver business projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Work closely with System Design Architecture Testing DevOps Scrum Masters Product and other business units.
Maintain a strong client focus ensuring systems support client retention and satisfaction.
Contribute to group technology initiatives and process improvements.
Demonstrate teamwork provide mentorship and share knowledge within the development team.
Maintain a personal development and training plan to support ongoing learning.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years experience as a Software Engineer.
Strong experience with (C# MVC Web API) and web technologies (HTML JavaScript).
Experience in relational database design and programming particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum XP or Kanban.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with automated unit testing debugging and performance optimization.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP) Docker and NoSQL databases.
Experience with multi-threading and distributed computing concepts.
