The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders in the assigned territory. This includes:
- Face-to-face engagements
- Organizing local/regional promotional and scientific events
- Representing the company at national events when needed
- Executing action plans aligned with the marketing strategy in collaboration with the line manager
- Adverse Events and Product Complains reporting
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Bachelors degree in medical or life sciences
- Strong sales and product promotion skills
- Proficiency with computer systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in oncology and hematology
- Background in retail pharmacy
- Understanding of the healthcare system including hospitals and private facilities
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and project management
