In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To act as the primary owner of the companys Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement through periodic leadership communications and engagement.
- To oversee Program implementation in Europe and ensure successful and timely deployments and act as the escalation lead to resolve issues efficiently and maintain service continuity.
- To work together with Managed Service Provider and Vendor Management System representatives to align process and technology improvements and innovations to the Program scope.
- To partner with our External Managed Services Provider to conduct quarterly business reviews and business check-ins to ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
- To stay informed on industry trends and evolving standard processes.
- To develop and implement local strategies and initiatives aligned with global Category strategy and local stakeholders engaging global and regional suppliers targeting to deliver savings in the region.
- To support activities for drafting negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally intermittent travel (<10%) based upon projects and priorities.

- Bachelors degree required in Business Administration HR or Supply Chain preferred.
- 3 years of experience in contingent workforce management MSP/VMS programs procurement strategy or HR transformation.
- Relevant prior experience in Supply Chain with a focus on Procurement.
- Proven track record operating within a global matrixed organization and ability to engage with executive partners across regions.
- Strong analytical skills interpersonal communications skills and ability to manage and present complex information and ideas.
- Ability to manage ambiguity learn quickly when facing new situations plan and work independently and have excellent planning and time-management skills.
- Proficient in English

- Relevant prior experience in working with Vendor Management System (VMS) solutions in partnership with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) implementation or management.
