Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Management Finance or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional qualifications is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and managing high-value deals.
Strong experience in building long-term client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
Excellent communication presentation negotiation and analytical skills
Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business growth and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Identify engage and convert opportunities with both new prospects and existing clients managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and nurture strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Generate track and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and deal visibility.
Collaborate closely with internal business function teams and marketing to design and deliver solutions that maximize client value and deal success.
Establish a strong market presence and build success references in Sri Lanka and Maldives to strengthen brand credibility and drive further sales
Provide regular reporting on sales performance pipeline status and account strategies to BU and senior leadership ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
