Job Description

Regional Sales Manager

Location: Field-based across the North UK

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving sales performance and building strong customer relationships Were looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for our client to lead a high-performing field sales team across the North of the UK working with a portfolio of dermatology products that make a real difference to peoples lives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a value-led organisation where quality ethics innovation and service are at the heart of everything they do. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping regional strategy empowering your team and nurturing key customer relationships to maximise sales outcomes.

What youll be doing:

  • Leading coaching and motivating a high-performing sales team to exceed targets

  • Managing key accounts and building senior relationships with customers and stakeholders

  • Implementing field sales strategies and supporting the development of local business plans

  • Allocating resources effectively to optimise return on investment

  • Collaborating with marketing and account teams to execute promotional campaigns

  • Analysing regional performance and sharing insights to drive continuous improvement

What were looking for:

  • Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales ideally with dermatology products

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of team development

  • Commercial planning acumen and advanced account management capabilities

  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platforms

  • A degree in a relevant field such as medical science or pharmaceutical

  • Full driving license with flexibility to travel across the North UK
