Rate of Pay: $17.20 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
Start date: ASAP - March 13th 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am 1:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Daily cash float for 2 point of sale registers
Operation the sale register during lunch service and final count at the end of service
Complete daily deposit sheet and deliver to the Business Manager in the main office
Assist with the line set of the servery daily stocking of food beverage items ahead of service
Additional daily clean up after service
Additional daily cleaning and stocking fridges
Putting away delivery items
Reviewing inventory levels for needed supplies
Cleaning and/or putting away kitchen laundry as needed
There may be occasional use of the oven for some prep ahead of opening
Qualifications:
Experience with food handling and preparation
Experience using a point of sale machine
Experience working with children
Ability to ensure the safety of students and staff
Ability to communicate with staff students and parents
Willingness to work with students and staff with different needs and capabilities
Ability to work with students and staff with different cultural and language background
Ability to work as a team player
Proven record of attendance and punctuality
Demonstrated commitment to working in a diverse school community and/or work environment
