About us
No to Violence is Australias peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Mens Referral Service providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation women and children are at the centre of what we do by ending mens use of family violence families individuals and communities are safer.

About the role
Type: Fixed Term Part Time three days per week for 6 months
Classification: SCHADS Award Level 6 plus Superannuation
Location: Flexible

NTV is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Lead to deliver our Workforce Capability Project. Working closely with the Centre for Workforce Excellence education providers and sector stakeholders youll drive workforce pathway mapping identify innovative solutions and strengthen the capacity of services working with people using family violence.
To achieve this you will:
- Lead the workforce pathway mapping and capability building project
- Manage the workplan to complete analysis of research data on workforce capability building
- Develop actionable recommendations to strengthen workforce capability
- Prepare clear and compelling reports and presentation materials
- Provide updates briefs and advice to leadership and stakeholders
About you
You will have:
- Proven experience leading high quality research projects including creativity in problem solving
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent project management and organisational ability
- Strong communication skills including report-writing and preparation of presentation materials
- Understanding of the family violence sector and related workforces (preferably Victorian)
- A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable
