We are immediately hiring a Sale Representative Commercial Building Services & Construction to be based in Miami FL area - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What youll do:

Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.

Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.

Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.

Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers.

Developing medium-to-long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.

Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.

Partner with the operations logistics and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Were experts which means youll have the following skills and experience:

3 years of direct sales or technical sales experience selling to contractors

Entrepreneurial Mindset

Must possess a sales hunter mindset

Youll have a general understanding of power generation HVAC and compressed air systems

Knowledge of selling to contractors (General Mechanical and Electrical)

Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)

Successfully maintained a sales quota of $3.0 million annually

Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
