Under the direction of the CEO the Plant Manager is responsible for organizing and directing the workflow in the processing smoking and packaging departments within the plant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coaches Mentors Leads and Directs the Production Supervisor Quality Assurance Manager Processing Foreman and Packaging Lead regarding all operational responsibilities.
Oversee the plants food safety program and ensure food safety results meet expectations while maintaining a good working relationship with USDA/FSIS inspection personnel.
Meets performance metrics which trace productivity yield labor efficiencies quality and inventory turnover.
Maintains current projections of capacity/profitability for all lines.
Perform other duties as directed by the CEO
