Home HealthRegistered Nurse (RN)- Travel Position
Location: Great Bend KS
Job Type: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 5x8s Days
Pay: $2221/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN will assess patient needs coordinate care plans and deliver treatments that promote recovery independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications wound care and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on disease management recovery and ongoing care needs.
Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Monitor changes in patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in KS
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification COVID vaccine TB test
Minimum 1 year of home health or acute care nursing experience
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
