Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness with a focus on Psychiatric care. Responsibilities include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration. This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills and at least 2 years of experience. The RN may be required to float between units based on unit needs.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Special Considerations:
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
- No first-time travelers.
- May float to other units based on skill set and unit needs.
Scheduling:
- Evenings 1:5 Nights 1:10 patient ratios.
- Weekends required every other weekend.
