Job Duties
The Operations Specialist at the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) of Virginia is responsible for all activities encompassing the complete operations for the agency ensuring the mission of the OAG and is in conformance to law regulations and best practices. This position provides administrative and logistical support to the OAG legal divisions staff and the public and assists in the completion of assignments projects and duties that aid in the day-to-day functioning of the Operations department. The Operations Specialist will also assist and ensure that Operations support services which includes mail center operations copy center court delivery and pickup services furniture and supplies logistics and facilities maintenance support services are delivered in a timely customer oriented safe efficient and professional manner consistent with all governing internal and external policies and procedures.
