Senior Compliance Officer Corporate Domains & GBUs

As a member of the Core Compliance team you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the compliance strategy across DLLs Corporate Domains and Global Business Units (GBUs). You will act as a strategic advisor and challenger supporting M&A activities PARC processes and the monitoring of the Compliance Risk Profile. You will coordinate key compliance activities including ORAs Global Vendor Programs TPDD assessments and Privacy assessments in close collaboration with the Second Line Monitoring Team. Additionally you will provide support to the independent oversight of compliance activities globally and proactively develop the role to enhance its strategic impact.
The Core Compliance team is responsible for the Group Compliance Oversight Strategy Reporting and Monitoring program to ensure DLL adheres to regulatory requirements internal policies and industry standards. As a member of the team you will operate within the second line of defense to support the team in identifying assessing and reporting compliance risks while driving improvements across the control environment. Day to day Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory & M&ASupport
Advise leadership on regulatory risks trends and changes that could impact business operations.
Act as linking pin between M&A teams and Group Compliance and provide compliance input and challenge during M&A due diligence and integration processes.
Collaborate with the CRO domain to assess regulatory and reputational risks Product Reviews PARC as well as CLR Opinions.
Compliance Risk Monitoring
Monitor and report on the Compliance Risk Profile across Corporate Domains and GBUs.
Support the development and tracking of KPIs KRIs and thematic risk indicators.
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities and recommend improvement measures and solutions.
Track document and report compliance related issues.
Coordination of Corporate Compliance Activities
Lead and coordinate the execution of OutsourcingRisk Assessments (ORAs) Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD)Assessments and Privacy Assessments.
Ensure alignment with the global compliance strategy and planning cycles.
Partner with Legal HR Risk Operations and GBU teams to align compliance efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key point of contact for senior management and business units on compliance matters.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and promote a strong risk culture.
Collaboration with SLMO Team
Work closely with the Second Line Monitoring & Oversight team to ensure effective execution of monitoring programs at Head Office level.
Analyse and consolidate monitoring results to inform strategic compliance decisions.
Training & Awareness
Develop anddeliver compliance training and awareness programs tailored to Corporate Domains and GBUs.
Promote awareness of ethical standards and compliance best practices across Corporate Domains and GBUs.
Oversight Responsibilities
Provide independent oversight of compliance activities across Corporate Domains and GBUs.
Ensure that compliance risks are adequately identified assessed and mitigated.
Monitor the implementation of compliance controls and escalate issues where necessary.
Support oversight of the Global Compliance network including Corporate Regional and Local Compliance teams.
Contribute to reporting and follow-up processes related to this oversight.
Prepare and submit required compliance reports to Corporate Domain and GBU leadership.
Role Development
Proactively identify opportunities to expand and enhance the scope of the role.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance frameworks and methodologies.
Recommend process improvements to achieve efficiencies.
Act as a change agent to elevate the compliance function and its strategic impact.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance preferably within financial services or leasing.
DLL Business knowledge is a pre
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks risk management and corporate governance.
Proven experience in M&A compliance advisory and risk profiling.
Familiarity with ORA Global Vendor Programs TPDD and privacy frameworks.
Understanding of Risk Culture and behavioural Compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
