About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a company that brings over 15 years of experience in mining exports with established trade across several countries.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including general ledger financial statements and reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (monthly quarterly annual) in compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Handle accounting and documentation related to export and import transactions
- Monitor and implement updates to tax laws and accounting standards relevant to the business
- Coordinate with external auditors tax consultants and government agencies as needed
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial analysis activities
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial operations and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting taxation and export-import operations
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and international trade accounting
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Brevet A or B certification is not required but considered an advantage
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in trading and export-oriented industries is preferred
